		<description>Hi, I just found this website and this diet sounds great. Im 19 years old and I weight 165 pounds...I used to weight 110 two years ago. I really dont know what happened but now I&#039;m trying to get back to normal. I am fine with counting the calories however I am concerned about the amount of exercise that needs to be done. I work out 3 times a week for an hour. Im just wondering if I should be working out more than that?</description>
